Every year, the Fries Center for Global Studies hosts a group of over 20 Foreign Language Teaching Assistants from many different countries, representing the different languages that we teach. The FLTAs support our language programs by hosting events, tutoring students, practicing in small groups, and being an important part of our community. During International Education Week, they each cook traditional meals from their home cultures. This event is super popular and brings the world to Wesleyan with the tastes, smells, sounds, and sights from around the world.
